With respect to this app
Recommended heart rate monitors are Polar H7, or H10.
The app is compatible with any heart rate monitor that accurately measures R-R intervals and has Bluetooth 4.0.
Flow value = adaptability of mind and body.
HR [BPM] value = challenge level.
HRV [MSEC] value = skill level.
Indicator explanation of emotion detection;
Red = emotion move in direction of agitation
Orange = emotion move in direction of arousal
Yellow = emotion move in direction of flow
Light Green = emotion move in direction of control
Dark Green = emotion move in direction of relaxation
Light Blue = emotion move in direction of boring
Dark Blue = emotion move in direction of sad
Purple = emotion move in direction of worry

- all emotions are of importance, it is a spectrum of life to experience life fully.
